For more than 20 years Damian DiCesare and Kathy DiCesare have actively worked in the real estate industry as licensed real estate agents in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania area. Their experience includes managing real estate offices, real estate sales, property management, and training. In addition, Kathy and Damian have received education from Duquesne University, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, Realtor® Institute, Century 21, Northwood Realty, Coldwell Banker, and Keller Williams. 

“One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is knowing that I have helped a buyer or seller move forward in their lives by closing on a home and the best part is I often make a friend in the process,” Kathy shared. Although they concentrate in residential sales, Kathy and Damian have also represented buyers and sellers in short sales, commercial, multi-family, new construction, probates, trust sales, investment properties, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Kathy and Damian work with a team of people including a mortgage representative, title representative, and settlement officer to ensure their clients have the most efficient and reliable service.
